Our Mission

Child Care Advocates United is a non-profit professional organization for child care providers and early childhood educators in the State of Illinois. We promote industry excellence by supporting providers in delivering high quality educational and wrap around services to children and their families. We believe that childcare is an essential service, as it provides families with the resources they need to keep children safe and remain independent and economically self-sufficient.

Providers Oath to Families

CCAU represents community based organizations throughout the State of Illinois in both the profit and non profit sectors. Our partners are both center based and home care providers that share the common vision of maintaining best practices in the child care industry. Our principle mission is to add meaningful value to the lives of children and families ages birth to twelve years old. Through proven and effective efforts, our work places children on the pathway to progress. Children are rewarded with the best opportunity of enjoying a high quality standard of life.

CCAU members are stakeholders committed to influencing change in the field of early learning. Our provider community is devoted to delivering gold standard, high quality care to every family in their care. Note the care is geared toward families, not just individual children as it is our firm belief that educating children effectively includes developing families
